All products supplied by silverdluxe.com are offered under a two year warranty against material defects and  manufacturing defects.

If the item cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with an item of similar value.

The warranty does not apply in cases of improper use, repair by third parties, lack of care, natural wear and tear, damage caused by normal use (e.g. scratched glass), misuse or in case of damage (e.g. by accident).

Worn parts, e.g. bracelets, leather or satin straps and batteries, are excluded from warranty.

Proof of purchase is required to claim under the two year warranty.

If you have an item for return please email reurns@silverdluxe stating the reason for the return and a copy of the purchase recept.
